North of China there are the best climate and area for the cultivation of apple, specially in Shandongarea(around the Bohai Sea) and Shanxi area(west yellow highland which reaching up 1500 -2000m in height). The annual average tempreture is 8.5-12.5 C, and the annual rainfull is about 500mm, in Summer the relative humidity is 60-65, the difference in tempreture is large day and night, and also there are enough illumination with sun. Because of such terms, China has the best zoology condition for the apple, we select the best apple from these places to supply our customers. In China we have more than 100 varieties of apple, the main is FUJI apple, also we have red star and Gala apple, others are Huaniu apple, Pink lady and QinGuan apple, Jiguan apple and so on, FUJI apple have more water juice and is very crisp and sweet, all people are fond of FUJI apple, and China FUJI get more and more markets in the world, specially we collect more red apple for our customers. During harvesting and before dispatch, tests determine the brix and acidity level and also firmness of the apple, the emphasis is on the traceability of the product. Identifiable at every stage of growth, it benefits from a certificate of conformity. Our apple have been approved by EuropGAP(GlobleGAP) and HACCP system certificate. We pack the apple very carefully, from the beginning in the tree, picking the apple from the tree, selecting the apple by hand, storing the apple into cold store, packing in warehouse, loading into the containers and shipping to our customers, we pay more attention to each tache, more and more customers know our quality and service, and we get more and more markets.
