Sieve bend

Sieve Bends/DSM Screens/Pressure fed screen are cross-flow screens. The profile wires are slightly tilted so that the leading edge is position higher which greatly increases the dewatering capacity. Even it has greater capacity than a flat screen due to forces exerted as material flows against the curved surface

The dewatering capability of the screen is determined by the percent of open area. HAIXING WIRE MESH has the capability to provide up to 50 percent more open area, because of our greater range of narrower wire profiles. Hard chroming of the wear surface is also available as an option.
