Reduction ilmenite

Deoxidation ilmenite is one kind of dark gray granule ,mainly be used in producing the material of welding electrodes as the fluxing medium.As its main ingredients is TiO2,it can improve the quality of the welding ,and deoxidating 30% Fe which in the reduction ilmenite to improving the deposition efficiency of welding.

The main ingredients:
TiO2 ≥52
S ≤0.035
P ≤0.04
FeO ≤0.5
C ≤0.2

The faction in the material of welding :
Advantage:
easy to deoxidating ,contain about 30% Fe
electric arc is steady ,molten pool is tranquil
Add or improve the deposition efficiency
make the welding line more beautiful ,and good slag cover
disadvantage:
overcommit will be difficulty in producing the welding electrodes
soldering block temperature will be high ,slag will be rare

The influence of the welding process performance:
Along with the FeO content is increasing in reduction ilmenite , the performance of welding process parameters will be affected.The test results show that the coarse is slightly better than thin.
