The BR140 Angle Bending Machine is an arc-adjusting profile bending machine. The two side rollers of the machine are the main transmission rollers, and the three work rollers may be the main transmission roller. The upper roller position is fixed, and the two side rollers arc around the fixed rotation center. The movement of the wire moving up and down, hydraulic control, and displacement liquid crystal display are conducive to the control of the forming process of the profile. Roller devices are provided on both sides to help ensure the rolling quality of the asymmetric section profile.

Structure

The fuselage of the machine is a steel plate welded structure, and the internal stress is eliminated by annealing treatment.
The machine has sufficient strength and stiffness to satisfy the bending of the profile in the range of the machine.
Replacement of the mold can be rolled angle steel, flat steel, steel, channel steel, I-beam, round steel, steel pipe and other profiles.
